Terms & Conditions

The terms below apply to all orders from www.leonandnoel.com, www.leonandnoelwatches.com website, and form a contract between you and Leon & Noel ApS a Danish Company with CVR-nr 40917640 located on Frederikssundsvej 47, 3. th., 2400 Copenhagen hereinafter “Leon & Noel”. Before making a purchase we advise you to read the terms below carefully because once you have received an order confirmation on a purchase from our webshop you have agreed to these terms. We advise you to check our terms frequently since they could change along with the optimisation of our services. 

PURCHASE

After making a purchase from our webshop we will send you an email with your order confirmation. The email that is sent to you serves as a guarantee of proof of purchase. 

Leon & Noel have the right to cancel the purchase if information has been wrong such as pricing and description or if the product is not available. If the product has been available on our webshop, but not in storage we may suggest to exchange the product for a similar model, cancel the order or offer a full refund. 

To make a purchase from our webshop you should be 18 years old and use a credit card that we accept. If you are below 18, Leon & Noel assume that you have the consent from a legal guardian to make a purchase. In an attempt of fraud, such as ordering in another person's name or use of someone else's credit card Leon & Noel reserves the right to report it to the correct authorities and cancel any purchase if such suspicion is raised.

DELIVERY 

We aim to deliver all confirmed orders within 2-8 business days. The time of delivery could vary depending on public holidays, shipping location, postal service used or other factors. If the postal service can't deliver to your location we reserve the right to cancel your order. Unexpected delivery times can occur due to unforeseen circumstances. 

You will receive an email to confirm when the order has been shipped from us. When the order is dispatched it is no longer possible to change or cancel the order. 

On all orders VAT is included in the price. Please note that Import taxes, additional duties or fees may be subject to all non EU orders. For more information kindly advise with your local customs. 

If the order is not picked up within the designated time period, Leon & Noel will charge the shipping fee for returning the product and the fee will be deducted from the refund. Kindly note that if additional charges such import taxes are not accepted by the recipient, Leon & Noel will have to pay them in order to return the product. In this case, this cost will also be deducted from your refund.

RETURN POLICY

If you like to return your product, no worries - you have the right to return our products within 30 days after receiving the order, provided that the product and its packaging is undamaged and unused.

Leon & Noel reserves the rights to additional charges if these criterias are not met. Refunds for returned products will be made within 30 days of the return of the product. Note that additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded. Products are not eligible for return if:

• the products have been used.
• the protection has been removed from the product, such as plastic on the dial, backcase and if the plastic block on the crown is removed / damaged. 
• the product in any way has been altered and its noticeable that it has been used.

For damaged or faulty products that are covered by warranty, please read the warranty-section.

If you wish to return your product please contact us at info@leonandnoel.com. In the subject of the email please write “Return Product”, and include:

• Order number.
• Product.
• Reason for return.

We will get back to you with instructions. 

WARRANTY

Watches from Leon & Noel are carefully inspected before being shipped. It's important that you check the package you have received. If the package has been damaged in transport you should report this to the carrier. 

Watches from Leon & Noel’s KALENDER Collection is warranted to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for two years from the date of purchase (warranty does not cover watchbands). 

Within this period, Leon & Noel will at its sole option, either replace with a new product, repair or replace any components that fail in normal use.

The warranty does not cover imperfections caused by lack of care/negligence/accidents (crushing, dents, knocks, broken glass etc) other incorrect use of product, such as failure due to battery change, incautious changing of the date when the date mechanism is engaged, repairs or modification done by anyone other than Leon & Noel, and wear and alternation from normal wear such as (scratches to case, glass or watchband, loss of color of the watchband, peeling of plating, plating becoming patchy etc).  Water leakage and/or damage caused by water will not be covered by the warranty.

If you wish to use your warranty please contact us at info@leonandnoel.com and attach your order confirmation.In the subject of the email please write “Exercise Warranty”, include: 

• Order number.
• Product.
• Reason.

If the product is eligible for warranty, return shipping is paid by Leon & Noel. 

If Leon & Noel find defects that are not covered by the warranty. The product will be returned and any repair / replacement / battery change / shipping cost will be charged. 

LIABILITY 

Leon & Noel responsibility for losses you suffer is limited to the purchase price of the product purchase. Leon & Noel is not responsible for any other indirect or direct cost that comes from purchasing or using a product from our website for example, late delivery, time away from office, loss of data or any other economic harm as a result from purchase and use of a product purchased from our website.
